BrightFunHarbor.com is intended only for users who are at least 21 years old and located in the United States. We use age-gating and, when needed, age-verification checks to help prevent minors from accessing the service.

1) Age-gating at entry

  • You may be required to confirm your date of birth and affirm you are 21+ before creating an account or accessing certain features.
  • We may repeat age prompts (for example, when you sign in on a new device, clear cookies, or attempt to access restricted features).

2) How we verify age (when required)

3) Information we may collect for verification

If you undergo verification, we may collect or receive information such as your name, date of birth, an image of your ID, a selfie/liveness capture, and technical data (device identifiers, IP address, timestamps) to help prevent fraud. We request only what is reasonably necessary for age verification and abuse prevention.

4) Failed, incomplete, or false verification

  • If you cannot verify you are 21+, access may be denied and your account may be suspended or closed.
  • If we detect inaccurate information, suspected falsification, or circumvention attempts, we may block access, restrict features, and retain limited records to prevent repeat attempts and protect the service.
  • We may allow you to retry verification, but repeated failures may result in permanent restriction.

5) Preventing minors & parental controls

  • We do not knowingly permit users under 21 to use BrightFunHarbor.com.
  • If you are a parent/guardian and believe a minor has accessed the service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action (which may include disabling the account).
  • We encourage use of device- and browser-level parental controls and supervised accounts to limit access to age-restricted content and sites.
